We have tried to make our web-site as easy to use as possible, please e-mail us if you have any problems.

Availability & Prices:

We aim to keep our web-site as up to date as possible, however if an item you have ordered is out of stock we will let you know by e-mail as soon as possible. All prices and charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to remove any goods from the web-site at any time.

Shipping:

UK standard delivery: £9.95

We aim to deliver items in stock within 2 – 5 working days (UK standard delivery). We despatch items by royal mail 1st class recorded delivery service. Someone will be required to sign for the parcel.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. We will not be responsible for a lost or stolen parcel if, at your request, it has been left somewhere unsigned for. Once the goods have been signed for at the delivery address, all risk if damage to, or loss of the goods shall pass to you.

Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal, which is safe and easy to use. You don’t have to be a member of PayPal to use this service.

Returns

If you are not happy with your product, please let us know immediately at the following e-mail address info@littlescout.co.uk and if you want to return it we will be happy to refund you. Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage, please make sure it is as well packaged as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages on returned items. We do recommend that you obtain proof of posting available from any Post Office. Please send the items within 7 working days of receiving your order to:
